TCRP Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Resources
In celebration of over 30 years of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), which prohibits discrimination against people with disabilities in employment, transportation, public accommodations, commercial facilities, telecommunications, and state and local government services, and the progress in access and inclusion with the passage of the ADA for all Americans, the TCRP has curated a list of resources that address public transportation for older people and people with disabilities, specialized transit, service configuration, service delivery, compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and other areas relevant to the ADA and public transportation.
