Strategic Highway Research Program 2 Quarterly Report: October 2007

TRB’s Strategic Highway Research Program 2 (SHRP 2) has released the latest issue of its quarterly newsletter designed to keep stakeholders up to date on activities taking place within the SHRP 2 program.  This issue covers highlights of 12 new projects; the second SHRP 2 Safety Symposium, held July 26-27, 2007; recent activities of the four SHRP 2 Technical Coordinating Committees; and enhancements to the SHRP 2 website.  In addition, the quarterly report includes information on SHRP 2’s International Symposium on Non-Destructive Testing for Design Evaluation scheduled for Friday, January 18, 2008, in Washington, D.C. and a summary of SHRP 2 recent international activities.  The quarterly report also puts the spotlight on SHRP 2 Capacity Project CO1: A Framework for Collaborative Decision Making on Addition to Highway Capacity.
