Tort Liability of Highway Agencies
TRB's Selected Studies in Transportation Law (SSTL) - Volume 4: Tort Liability of Highway Agencies covers basic theories of tort liability of public transportation agencies, activities that give rise to transportation tort liability, immunities and defenses, trial preparation, procedural consideration, and shifting or sharing tort liability.
The material, presented in a CD format, is a revision of 13 articles previously compiled and published as the “Torts” volume of Selected Studies in Highway Law. The SSTL series is jointly published by the National Cooperative Highway Research Program (NCHRP) and the Transit Cooperative Research Program (TCRP).
