COVID-19 rapid response workshop scheduled for Black doctors, engineers, and scientists

The National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine is hosting a virtual workshop on June 23, 2020, titled “COVID-19 and Black Communities.” To register for this event, please visit the registration page. Members of the Roundtable on Black Men and Black Women in Science, Engineering, and Medicine and guest experts will discuss ways to fully invest in the human capital available in Black communities by training doctors, engineers, and scientists who are then well-positioned to provide rapid and effective responses to subsequent waves of COVID-19 and other medical crises.
