UGPTI: Improving rural county roads

A pavement present serviceability index (PSI) on Wyoming roads is assessed in Developing an Optimization Model for Managing County Paved Roads, a report from the Upper Great Plains Institute at North Dakota State University. This report also develops exclusive PSI pavement prediction models to be more representative for county roads.
