Top Ten Research Needs for for Automated Vehicles & Shared Mobility

The National Academies/TRB Forum on Preparing for Automated Vehicles & Shared Mobility has released a presentation summarizing the top ten research needs for automated vehicles and shared mobility. These research needs are ranked in order of most concern to the Forum's participants. The Forum will explore these topics by collecting and sharing information that is already available, and by identifying the research needed to help fill the remaining information gaps. More than 40 representatives from public/private/academic organizations, non-profit associations, TRB committees, and National Academies boards currently participate in the Forum.
