Improving the Quality of Bridge Inspections Using Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS)

The Minnesota Department of Transportation has released a report that explores using drones (UAS) as a tool for improving the quality of bridge inspections. This report represents the third phase of the research, and identifies new drone technology and methods to address limitations identified in Phase II of the project.
