Development of a Simulation Test Bed for Connected Vehicles using the LSU Driving Simulator

The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development has released a report that discusses the development of a driving simulator test bed to investigate the impact of three connected vehicle safety applications on driving behavior. This report focuses on blind spot warning, forward collision warning, and do-not-pass warning applications on human subjects in the Louisiana State University (LSU) high-fidelity driving simulator.
