Review of FAA’s NextGen Development Funding

The U.S. Department of Transportation’s Office of the Inspector General has released a report that evaluates the U.S. Federal Aviation Administration (FAA)’s procedures for selecting and justifying projects that receive NextGen funding. NextGen – Next Generation Air Transportation System – is an FAA initiative to modernize the national airspace system.
