Concept of Operations and Policy Implications for Unmanned Aircraft Systems Use for Traffic Incident Management

The Texas A&M University Transportation Institute has released a report that summarizes the development of a concept of operations with a focus on using unmanned aircraft systems as tool to enhance traffic incident management. The goal of the project is to provide quick and accurate information from the scene of a traffic accident in order to decrease traffic congestion.
