Contractor Evaluations in the Contractor Selection Process

The Kentucky Transportation Center has released a report that evaluates the extent to which the contractor evaluation system in the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet encourages participation of high-performing contractors and limits the participation of low-performing contractors.
