TRB’s second Strategic Highway Research Program (SHRP s) has released a project brief that provides an overview of innovative and effective project management strategies and tools transportation agencies can use to help accelerate sound decision making during rapid renewal projects, which were developed by SHRP 2 Renewal Project R10: Project Management Strategies for Complex Projects.
