This webinar is based on a workshop that was held at the TRB 2013 Annual Meeting that highlighted state activities in the area of information management planning. The purpose of the webinar is to extend the content and discussion from this workshop.

The first 60 minutes of the webinar is for presentations and the final 30 minutes is reserved for audience questions.
Learning Objectives:
- Given a system performance reporting need, the webinar participant will be able to identify key performance measures and the required data by referring to examples from other states.
- Given a set of system performance data the webinar participant will be able to prepare a set of performance measures that will address the questions from decision-makers at several levels.
- Given a set of system performance measures and data, the webinar participant will be able to develop a summary of important gaps between what is being reported and what a decision-maker might need to communicate key performance elements.

Professional Development Hour information:
A certificate for 1.5 Professional Development Hours (PDH) will be provided to Professional Engineers (PEs) who register and attend the webinar as an individual. For groups, only the person that registers and attends the session will receive a PDH certificate.

Please check with your licensing board to ensure that TRB webinar PDHs are approved by your board.
