Homeland Security Bottom-Up Review Report
The U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) has released a report that explores ways to strengthen DHS performance in its core mission areas--preventing terrorism and enhancing security, securing and managing our borders, enforcing and administering immigration laws, safeguarding and securing cyberspace, and ensuring resilience to disasters. The report also examines how the department might improve its operations and management, and how to increase accountability for the resources entrusted to DHS.
