Intelligent Transportation Systems for Planned Special Events: A Cross-Cutting Study

The U.S. Department of Transportation Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) Joint Program Office has released a report that examines how six agencies in California, Florida, Maryland, Massachusetts and New York used and continue to use ITS to help reduce congestion generated by planned special events.
