Strategic Highway Research Program 2 Quarterly Report: October 2008

TRB’s second Strategic Highway Research Program (SHRP 2) has released the latest issue of its quarterly newsletter designed to keep stakeholders up to date on activities taking place within the SHRP 2 program.  This issue covers expanded research opportunities within SHRP 2, the July SHRP 2 Safety Symposium, the recent round of request for proposals, the First Fruits report series, and the safety “rodeo” equipment evaluation held in September.  Don’t forget to look for the SHRP 2 progress report sessions that will be taking place during the TRB 88th Annual Meeting, January 11-15, 2009, in Washington, D.C.
