Advanced Parking Management Systems: A Cross-Cutting Study

The U.S. Department of Transportations’ Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) Joint Program Office has released a report that examines advanced parking management systems in Washington State, Illinois, and Maryland.  The study also explores the benefits and costs of this technology, as well as lessons learned in the areas of policy and planning, design and deployment, and management and operations.
