Better Public Transportation for Everyone: Technologies to Improve Accessibility and Service of Public Transportation

The U.S. Department of Transportation’s Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) Joint Program Office has released a brochure that highlights the use of ITS technologies in coordinating and improving human services transportation.  The brochure focuses on the benefits of ITS technologies to transit passengers and explores how technologies that benefit human services transportation users can also improve operations for all passengers.
