Transportation Finance, Economics, and Economic Development 2004
TRB’s Transportation Research Record: Journal of the Transportation Research Board 1864 examines a mileage-based approach for charging vehicles that travel on public roadways, the value pricing toll program at the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey, the per mile costs of operating automobiles and trucks, the long-run changes in driver behavior due to variable tolls, infrastructure development in Germany under stagnating demand conditions, and the results of the 2003 Transportation Management Association Survey.
Individual TRR Journals, which are published on an irregular basis throughout the year, consist of collections of peer-reviewed papers on specific transportation subject areas and modes. Abstracts of papers that make up this TRR are available through TRB's Publication Index. In the Series field type "Record & 1864" (without the quotation marks). After reviewing the abstracts, you will need to use your browser's "back" button to return to this screen in order to purchase the publication.
TRR Journals may also be purchased on an annual subscription basis. Each year, TRB publishes approximately 40 volumes of the TRR Journal, containing more than 650 papers grouped by subject.
