TRB Straight to Recording for All: Considering Cost-Effectiveness in the Project Selection Process of the CMAQ Program

TRB recorded a series of videos in October 2017 that provided an overview of the Congestion Mitigation and Air Quality (CMAQ) program, which is administered through the U.S. Federal Highway Administration and supports projects that reduce traffic congestion and improve air quality. These recordings focus on CMAQ project cost effectiveness evaluations.
