TRB Straight to Recording for All: Strategic Approaches to Policy Development and Engaging Diverse Community Customers

TRB recorded a series of videos in October 2017 that features information about how the Massachusetts Department of Transportation and Massachusetts Bay Transit Authority reviewed their internal processes and structures to consider long-range issues and trends in order to plan and implement strategic change in their agencies. Through this case study, presenters will share the strategies that worked, the challenges that were overcome, and the lessons learned. These videos were developed in order to help other transportation agencies craft customer-centric long-range plans.The videos are available on-demand at no cost.
