TRB Straight to Recording for All: Airport Advisories at Non-Towered Airports

TRB recorded a series of videos in May 2017 that features research from the Airport Cooperative Research Program (ACRP)'s Synthesis 75: Airport Advisories at Non-Towered Airports. The research documents the manner in which non-towered airports with at least 50,000 annual aircraft operations provide advisories to pilots regarding winds, traffic, and runways in use. The series discusses the synthesis' methodology, literature review, non-towered airport survey, and six case studies.  The videos are available on-demand at no cost.
