Mobility Management: Public Participation Event
TRB is hosting a committee meeting for the Mobility Management Study on Tuesday, October 29, 2019. The meeting will include highlights from U.S. transit agencies who have significantly improved their service and/or taken steps toward integrating regional mobility options. It will also discuss some of the technical and legal challenges of integrating traditional and new mobility services.
Register in advance to join the meeting remotely from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM Pacific. In Part 1, transit agencies will share strategies they are using to improve their systems and better integrate transit with other transportation services. Representatives from Seattle, Denver, and Los Angeles will discuss case studies.
Register for Part 2 to join the discussion from 1:00 to 5:00 PM Pacific. Part 2 will focus on legal issues for transit agencies that are partnering with new mobility providers. The panel will also hear from several organizations working to integrate fare payments for multiple mobility services, including transit.
You must register for each part separately. Registration is free, but required to join.
