TRB conducted a webinar on August 27, 2015, from 2:00pm to 3:30pm ET that featured research conducted by TRB’s Airport Cooperative Research Program (ACRP) on improving the customer service experience. Webinar presenters provided guidance to airport facility managers and planners regarding the planning and design of specific amenities and the needs of an aging demographic.
Participants must register in advance of the webinar, and there is no fee associated with this webinar. This webinar provided 1.5 Continuing Education Units for Accredited Airport Executives. This webinar has met approval by the American Institute of Certified Planners for 1.5 Certification Maintenance Credits.

- Explain how to incorporate restroom aspects that may improve the customer service experience; and
- Describe how to define and implement effective practices to better accommodate an aging demographic at individual airports.
