TR News 341: Decarbonizing the U.S. Power Grid: Are Battery Electric Vehicles Part of the Solution

The U.S. energy generation portfolio remains considerably dependent on fossil fuels. A key piece of the solution to both increasing power needs and further decarbonization may come, in part, from growth in transportation electrification. This topic is explored in the the September-October 2022 edition (Issue 341) of TR News, TRB's magazine.
