Warning: Mailing List Solicitations
If you receive a solicitation to purchase a mailing list of TRB volunteers or Annual Meeting attendee mailing list, it is not coming from TRB.
TRB recommends that you do not click on any links in the email and that you delete it immediately. TRB also recommends that you do not request to be removed from the mailing list as that likely would confirm to the sender that your email address is valid and thus may result in additional solicitations.
TRB does not share the email addresses of Annual Meeting attendees or sell mailing lists of its volunteers. Anyone other than TRB who claims to have such a list is acting without TRB's participation or approval. TRB has no reason to believe any such list would represent the actual Annual Meeting attendees or volunteers.
Thank you to everyone who has brought these solicitations to TRB’s attention. Education and communication are our best tool for exposing misleading solicitations like these.
