Experimental Testing of Plug-in Hybrid Vehicles: CO2-Emission, Energy Consumption, and Local Pollution

The Norwegian Center for Transport Research has released a report that measures the exhaust emission and energy consumption for two plug-in hybrid vehicles. The research provides rough estimates of the emissions and energy use of these vehicles over a full year of sample usage patterns.
