Travel Time Savings and Speed: Actual and Perceived
The New Zealand Transport Agency has released a report that examines time saving as a motivation for New Zealand drivers’ speeding, and investigates the effect of education that aimed to improve participants’ understanding of the costs and benefits of speeding. The report compares New Zealand drivers’ attitudes to speeding with those of drivers internationally as described in the literature.
