Framework and Guidelines for the Development of a Twin Cities Mesoscopic DTA Model
The Minnesota Traffic Observatory at the University of Minnesota has released a report that develops the proof-of-concept and foundation for a metro-wide Twin Cites Mesoscopic Dynamic Traffic Assignment (DTA) model. The research may lead to the creation of a calibrated Twin Cities DTA model in currently available simulation applications.
