Topic Submittal 
It's not to early to submit your ideas for fiscal year 2021. We accept research topics all year long and welcome your ideas. Anyone can submit a topic for the airport legal studies program that addresses an issue or challenge from a legal perspective that many airports face. The factors considered in the selection process for legal research topics are (1) broad interest in the topic; (2) timely and critical to the airport community at large; (3) quality and quantity of information already learned on the subject; and (4) ongoing research or other forthcoming potential release of significant information.
Research topics are solicited all year long with topics typically selected in the Fall.. The closing date for submission of topics for the FY 2021 program is October 2, 2020. Topic idea submission may be made through ACRPs IdeaHub which can be found at https://ideahub.trb.org. Submitting a topic requires a MyACRP account.
