TR News November-December 2017: Reenvisioning New York's Legendary Bus Terminal
How can the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey remake, redesign, reconfigure, and reinvent one of its central, vital transportation hubs, the aging Port Authority Bus Terminal in densely developed Midtown Manhattan?
